Junior Learning Services Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a recent graduate or early‑career professional to join Ericsson’s Learning Services team in Dubai. The Junior Learning Services Consultant will support the planning and delivery of training programmes, working closely with trainers, vendors and internal customers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate training logistics, including venue preparation and material distribution.
• Support trainers and participants throughout the training lifecycle.
• Maintain daily communication with trainers, vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Handle incoming inquiries and provide timely assistance to the team.
• Schedule meetings, create timetables and prepare training documentation.
• Collaborate with other coordinators to ensure Learning Services projects are delivered on time and to quality standards.
• Engage with customers and vendors to gain insight into business requirements.

Required profile

• BSc in Telecommunications, Computer Science or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• 0‑2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Technical background in IT or telecommunications is an advantage.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work onsite at Ericsson’s Internet City office daily.
