Junior Research Fellowship (Remote Internship)

About the role

The European Institute of Policy Research and Human Rights offers a remote Junior Research Fellowship for an eight‑week internship. This position is aimed at students, recent graduates, or early‑career professionals interested in policy research, human rights, governance, and related fields.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct literature reviews on approved policy, legal, or human‑rights topics.
• Prepare research summaries, issue notes, and analytical briefs.
• Participate in online supervision sessions as required.
• Draft a research paper, policy brief, or analytical report under supervision.
• Revise written work based on feedback and adhere to academic integrity standards.
• Meet agreed deadlines while working remotely.

Required profile

• Enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral program.
• Background in law, human rights, international relations, political science, public policy, governance, social sciences, economics, or related disciplines.
• Strong written English and ability to work independently.
• Commitment to meet deadlines and follow research methodology.
