Junior Sales Coordinator – Recent Graduates

About the role

TransPerfect is seeking a motivated Junior Sales Coordinator to join its Dubai office. This entry‑level position is designed for recent graduates who are eager to launch a career in sales, focusing on new‑business generation and first‑level support for clients in the travel, retail and real‑estate sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, sales teams and production colleagues worldwide.
• Respond to client inquiries, assess project scope and prepare cost estimates.
• Analyze the competitive landscape, develop proposals, negotiate budgets and schedules.
• Monitor project progress, ensure deadlines and budgets are met, and deliver high‑quality results.
• Identify upselling opportunities and collaborate with senior leadership to expand existing accounts.
• Continuously learn about client industries and proactively seek new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Interpersonal skills with a proactive, can‑do attitude.
• Effective time‑management and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales or client services.

Required skills

• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Basic computer literacy for preparing estimates and reports.
