Key Account Manager – eCommerce

About the role

SEAD is seeking a proactive Key Account Manager to lead its eCommerce portfolio in Dubai. The role focuses on driving commercial growth, building joint business plans, and managing strategic brand relationships across online retail platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute joint business plans (JBPs) to increase revenue for assigned eCommerce accounts.
• Lead commercial negotiations, including trade terms, business development agreements, promotional campaigns, and brand visibility investments.
• Maintain strong partnerships with brand principals, distributors, and platform account teams.
• Monitor channel sales data, analyse performance metrics and translate consumer insights into actionable growth tactics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate inventory forecasting, marketing alignment and smooth operational execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of dedicated Key Account Management experience in eCommerce, agency, brand or platform environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or a related field.
• Proven track record of brand growth and business development.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage trade terms and BDA agreements.
• Currently residing in Dubai.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of regional eCommerce, Q‑Commerce and marketplace aggregator ecosystems.
• Data‑driven sales planning and performance analysis.
• Stakeholder engagement across multiple accounts.
