Key Account Manager – Urology, Rehabilitation & Wellness

About the role

NESA WORLD® is a Spanish Med‑Tech leader operating in 32 countries, pioneering non‑invasive neuromodulation. We are looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager to represent and sell our flagship CE/MDR‑approved device, NESA XSIGNAL®, across urology, rehabilitation and wellness & sleep channels in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and manage relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centres, wellness clinics and medical spas.
• Plan and deliver in‑situ and virtual product demonstrations with clinical support.
• Negotiate tenders, purchase or rental contracts and close sales deals.
• Develop and nurture relationships with key opinion leaders and distributors.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, report pipeline status and track key performance indicators.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of sales experience in medical devices, physiotherapy‑rehabilitation or wellness technology.
• Established network within UAE hospitals, clinics or medical spas.
• Fluent in English and Arabic with strong consultative selling and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑starter attitude with disciplined CRM usage.

What we offer

• Base salary of US$1,080 per month.
• 12 % commission on sales.
