Key Account Manager – US & EU Marketplace (E‑commerce)

About the role

We are looking for a strategic and results‑driven Key Account Manager to lead our e‑commerce presence across major marketplaces in the US and EU. Based in Dubai, you will own the P&L for platforms such as Amazon, Walmart and Allegro, driving revenue and profitability while coordinating cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual and quarterly sales strategies for Amazon (US/EU), Walmart and Allegro.
• Own revenue, profitability and overall account health across all designated marketplaces.
• Collaborate with supply‑chain and logistics teams to forecast inventory, prevent stockouts and manage FBA and WFS operations.
• Oversee Trading and PLA Account Executives to align pricing, advertising and content with business goals.
• Identify new product opportunities and manage product launches in US and European markets.
• Present monthly and quarterly business reviews to senior leadership, highlighting performance metrics and growth opportunities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in e‑commerce or marketplace management, including Amazon Vendor & Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace and EU platforms such as Allegro.
• Proven track record of managing multi‑million‑dollar accounts with year‑over‑year revenue growth.
• Deep understanding of marketplace algorithms, supply‑chain logistics and compliance requirements in both the US and EU.
• Strong leadership, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
