Key Accounts Manager – Financial Services

About the role

The Key Accounts Manager will oversee a portfolio of corporate clients for Al Futtaim Auto Leasing, driving customer retention and revenue growth across financial services, leasing and automotive solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and nurture a portfolio of key corporate accounts to ensure retention and maximise profitability.
• Develop and implement customer‑retention strategies and deepen relationships to increase service penetration.
• Support the Head of B2B Sales in defining sales strategies, targets and performance monitoring.
• Cross‑sell Al‑Futtaim financial, automotive, truck/bus and industrial equipment products.
• Achieve sales and profit targets for lease and rental offerings.
• Maintain accurate administration, reporting and planning systems; prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Collaborate with the collections team to minimise outstanding debts and uphold a strong corporate image through appropriate PR and presentations.
• Contribute to the formulation of sales and marketing policies and strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B key account management or corporate sales.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue and profit targets.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills with corporate clients.
• Understanding of financial services, leasing and automotive product lines.
• Analytical mindset with capability to produce and interpret performance reports.
