Kids Assistant

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and caring Kids Assistant to join our hospitality team. You will create safe, fun, and engaging experiences for young guests, supporting the Kids Club and ensuring a welcoming environment for families.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and engage children in age‑appropriate recreational and educational activities.
• Organise games, arts & crafts, storytelling sessions and other entertainment programmes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in the kids’ club and play areas.
• Assist in planning and delivering special events and seasonal activities.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about children’s participation and well‑being.
• Follow health, safety and child‑protection policies at all times.
• Support the Kids Club team in daily operations and guest‑service activities.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience working with children.
• Hospitality experience (hotel, resort or similar) is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, patient and energetic personality.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Basic First Aid certification (advantageous).
