Kitchen Steward

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, self‑motivated Kitchen Steward to join our Food & Beverage team at Park Rotana and Park Arjaan Abu Dhabi. You will play a vital part in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment, supporting both kitchen and service staff.

Key responsibilities

• Clean food processing facilities, storage rooms, walk‑in fridges, kitchen utensils, corridors, and holding areas.
• Maintain and clean operational equipment used in the kitchen.
• Collaborate closely with all kitchen and service employees.
• Follow duty schedules and shift patterns.
• Perform all stewarding tasks according to given instructions.
• Ensure minimum wastage, breakage, and spoilage of food items.

Required profile

• Vocational training in Food & Beverage.
• Previous experience as a Kitchen Steward.
• Command of English is essential.
• Hands‑on, hardworking, and committed attitude.
• Ability to adapt easily and thrive in a busy environment.
• Calm and focused under pressure with strong attention to detail.
• Competencies: understanding the job, teamwork, taking responsibility, recognising differences, adaptability, customer focus.
