About the role

We are looking for a Lead Architect to shape the architectural framework for our client, a leading real‑estate developer. You will drive innovative design solutions, mentor junior architects, and ensure that all projects align with business goals and emerging technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end architectural design process, guaranteeing scalability, security, and compliance with business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, facilitate workshops, and gather requirements.
• Create and maintain architectural documentation, design specifications, and guidelines.
• Mentor and support junior architects and designers, fostering their professional growth.
• Conduct regular architectural reviews, identify improvement areas, and ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.
• Integrate architectural solutions with existing systems, working closely with cross‑functional teams.
• Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation.
