Lead Business Continuity & Operational Resilience (Emirati)

About the role

We are seeking an Emirati professional to lead Business Continuity and Operational Resilience initiatives for Dicetek LLC in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on ensuring the organisation’s ability to respond to disruptions and comply with relevant regulatory frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business continuity and operational resilience initiatives within the financial services sector.
• Support branch performance and growth initiatives, including sales support and customer relationship management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, Technology or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5‑7 years of experience in Business Continuity or Operational Resilience Management.
• Professional certifications such as CBCP, MBCI, ISO 22301 Lead Implementer, CRISC or CISM are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks including Basel, NCEMA, PRA/FCA and APRA.
• Proven stakeholder management, communication and crisis leadership abilities.
