About the role
The Lead Reverse Engineering & Digital Parts Engineer will drive the creation of accurate digital representations of spare parts, enabling controlled engineering inputs and lifecycle management. This role supports inventory optimisation and faster maintenance through digital part passports.
Key responsibilities
- Perform 3D scanning to capture precise geometry of selected spare parts.
- Reconstruct CAD models with critical dimensions and tolerances for a reliable engineering baseline.
- Define materials and operating requirements and manage each part within a lifecycle‑controlled Digital Part Passport.
- Maintain a secure digital warehouse, assess parts for manufacturing qualification, and manage revision‑controlled documentation.
