Learning and Development Assistant Manager

About the role

Our Assistant Learning & Development Manager will support the Head of Firmwide Learning to manage the delivery of learning programs across the firm. This role will support employee development and foster a culture of continuous learning. You will partner with key stakeholders across the firm to drive new strategic learning initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Work with the Head of Firmwide Learning to create, update and deliver training programs and materials.
• Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders and research best practices.
• Schedule, manage logistics and socialize training sessions end‑to‑end.
• Develop and execute communications plans for pre, during and post‑course activities.
• Source and recommend vendors and external partners for learning solutions.
• Manage project timelines, training schedules and faculty selection.
• Provide feedback to faculty and oversee global training roll‑outs.
• Act as escalation point for L&D queries and advise stakeholders on best practices.
• Maintain CPD dashboard, track compliance and report updates.
• Advise on annual training budgeting, review spend and manage third‑party contracts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, organizational psychology or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of HR experience, including at least 4 years in a specialist L&D role.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other learning platforms.
