Learning & Development Manager – Hospitality

About the role

voco Monaco Dubai is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Manager to lead the hotel’s training function. You will design, implement and continuously improve a comprehensive learning strategy that drives employee capability, service excellence and business performance across all departments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual L&D strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct training needs analysis, identify capability gaps and create targeted development plans.
• Design and deliver orientation, onboarding and probation monitoring programmes.
• Create leadership development curricula for supervisors, assistant managers and department heads.
• Deliver workshops on coaching, communication, conflict management and performance conversations.
• Ensure compliance with IHG brand standards and reinforce luxury hospitality behaviours.
• Run service culture programmes, mystery audits and improvement plans.

Required profile

• Extensive hotel training experience within Dubai’s hospitality sector.
• Proven ability to improve guest satisfaction and employee engagement through learning initiatives.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with department heads and senior leaders.
