Leasing Team Lead

About the role

You will lead the leasing function for a fast‑growing PropTech and FinTech company in Dubai, overseeing property onboarding, pricing strategy, tenant acquisition and renewals. The role combines commercial focus with technology adoption to boost portfolio performance and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop a high‑performing team of leasing professionals.
• Own the end‑to‑end leasing process from onboarding to renewals.
• Design and execute leasing strategies aligned with commercial growth targets.
• Set, monitor and report KPIs on occupancy, revenue and customer experience.
• Analyse market trends and rental data to inform pricing decisions.
• Build strong relationships with landlords, owners, tenants and key stakeholders.
• Identify and implement efficiency improvements across the leasing workflow.
• Collaborate with product, marketing and operations teams on digital rental and payment solutions.
• Ensure compliance with RERA and UAE real‑estate regulations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in leasing, residential real estate or property management.
• 2‑3 years of experience leading and managing leasing teams.
• Deep knowledge of the Dubai/UAE residential market.
• Proven track record of driving leasing performance and commercial growth.
• Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Commercially minded with data‑driven decision‑making.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate or a related field.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems and digital leasing platforms.
