Property Consultant

About the role

The Property Consultant is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. You will advise clients on property purchases, sales and rentals, conduct viewings, prepare proposals and negotiate terms.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on property purchases, sales and rental opportunities.
• Conduct property viewings and prepare tailored proposals.
• Negotiate transaction terms and facilitate deal closure.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date portfolio of property listings.
• Research market trends and provide accurate pricing, regulatory and community information.
• Build and manage client relationships, responding promptly to inquiries.
• Deliver professional customer service throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper documentation, regulatory compliance and timely deal closure.

Required profile

• Strong consulting and real‑estate knowledge to guide clients on market conditions.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Proven sales skills including lead generation, negotiation and deal closure.
• Proficiency with basic computer tools and CRM systems for managing listings and client records.
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi and UAE real‑estate laws, regulations and local communities (preferred).
• Ability to work on‑site, manage time effectively and handle multiple client engagements.
• Previous experience in real‑estate or property consulting (preferred) and a relevant diploma or degree.
• Fluent English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.
