Legal Intern – Corporate & Contracts

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Legal Intern to join Bosch’s Legal Department in Dubai. The role offers exposure to corporate and contract matters across the Middle East, supporting the team in day‑to‑day legal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on applicable laws, regulations and developments across the Middle East.
• Assist Legal Counsel with drafting, reviewing and administering contracts, NDAs, amendments, corporate documents and letters.
• Maintain contract trackers, legal reports, Excel files, presentations and internal legal records.
• Support corporate housekeeping, including powers of attorney, written resolutions, signature processes, notarisation and document follow‑ups.
• Coordinate collection, circulation and archiving of legal documents, ensuring files are organised and up‑to‑date.
• Follow up with internal stakeholders, authorised signatories, external counsel, notaries and service providers on ongoing matters.
• Review external counsel invoices and support internal approval and payment processes.
• Assist with compliance, data‑privacy, competition law and legal‑awareness initiatives, preparing internal guidance and training material.
• Support the improvement and digitalisation of Legal Department processes, trackers, templates and legal‑tech tools.
• Provide general administrative and project support to the Legal Department as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (required); Master’s or postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• Previous internship or work experience within a UAE law firm or in‑house legal department (preferred).
• Fluent written and spoken English (required); Arabic is a plus.
• Strong legal research, drafting and analytical abilities.
• Proactive, eager to learn, reliable and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Currently based in the UAE.
