Legal Specialist / Manager (Chinese National) – Dubai

About the role

Anton Oilfield Services Group is seeking a qualified Legal Specialist/Manager to join its Dubai office. The role supports the company’s expanding portfolio of oilfield technology services across the Middle East, ensuring legal compliance and risk mitigation for all business activities.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and revise daily operating contracts and agreements, including procurement, service, labor and lease contracts.
• Provide legal support for overseas projects, especially in the Middle East, identifying risks and delivering compliance advice.
• Assist in handling disputes and resolving conflicts with clients, suppliers and partners.
• Monitor changes in UAE and regional laws to keep the company compliant.
• Help establish and improve internal compliance management systems and standardize legal processes.
• Manage external law firms for litigation, arbitration and other legal matters.
• Support business expansion by participating in contract negotiations and offering on‑site legal assistance.
• Perform other legal‑related tasks as assigned by senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law with a valid Judicial Examination or Legal Professional Qualification certificate.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant legal experience; overseas or Middle‑East experience preferred.
• Chinese nationality; fluency in Chinese is mandatory, English proficiency required for spoken and written communication.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, labor law and company law, with the ability to handle contracts independently.
• Clear logic, high sense of responsibility, good communication and coordination skills, and ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to work long‑term on‑site in Dubai and adapt to a cross‑cultural environment.
