About the role

The Leisure Travel Consultant creates personalized travel experiences for clients seeking leisure and recreational trips. By understanding each client’s preferences, budget and interests, you will design and book complete itineraries that include flights, accommodations, car rentals and activities, ensuring a smooth and memorable journey.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients to assess travel preferences, requirements and budget, providing tailored advice.
• Research, book and coordinate flights, hotels, car rentals and activities using the most effective booking tools.
• Prepare detailed itineraries and travel documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, handling inquiries, changes and complaints promptly.
• Promote and sell leisure travel packages, special offers and add‑on services to meet sales targets.
• Build and sustain relationships with airlines, hotels, tour operators and other suppliers to secure competitive rates.
• Stay updated on industry trends, popular destinations and travel regulations to advise clients accurately.
• Conduct post‑trip follow‑ups to gather feedback and improve future service.
