About the role

Join the Hilton team in Ras Al Khaimah as a Lifeguard, where you will ensure the safety and enjoyment of pool guests while delivering the warm hospitality the brand is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with a friendly attitude, promptly addressing requests and resolving issues.
• Monitor pool activity, enforce rules and promote safe swimming practices to prevent accidents.
• Respond quickly to emergencies, providing rescue, first aid, and following the emergency action plan.
• Maintain a clean and safe pool environment through regular inspections, cleaning and routine maintenance.
• Uphold health, safety and sanitation standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
