About the role

The Lobby Ambassador Intern will join the Front Office team at The St. Regis Abu Dhabi, supporting the delivery of a memorable luxury experience for guests. This full‑time internship offers hands‑on exposure to high‑end hospitality operations in a world‑class hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests in the lobby, creating a strong first impression of the hotel.
• Provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities and local attractions.
• Assist with guest check‑in and check‑out processes under the guidance of senior staff.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues promptly and courteously.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine interest in serving international guests.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Professional appearance and strong personal presentation.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, luxury environment and maintain composure under pressure.

Required skills
