About the role
We are seeking a friendly and professional Lobby Hostess to be the first point of contact for guests at our Dubai hotel. In this role you will create a welcoming atmosphere, assist visitors, and support the front‑office team in delivering exceptional service.
Key responsibilities
- Greet all guests upon arrival and provide courteous assistance.
- Answer guest inquiries, offer directions and recommend hotel facilities.
- Maintain a polished and professional presence in the lobby at all times.
- Coordinate with Front Office and Guest Relations to address guest needs.
- Monitor lobby activity, identify issues and report concerns promptly.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer‑service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Positive demeanor with a polished appearance.
