Logistics Assistant

About the role

Active Fitness Store is seeking a Logistics Assistant to support daily warehouse and inventory operations across its GCC network. You will work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor and showroom teams to ensure accurate stock handling, timely replenishment, and smooth documentation processes.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and record incoming stock based on purchase receipts.
• Verify quantities and update inventory in the ERP system.
• Monitor warehouse inventory levels and trigger replenishment from 3PL warehouses.
• Process stock replenishment requests from showrooms.
• Create delivery notes and invoices for daily operations.
• Assist with stock arrangement, labeling, and overall warehouse organization.
• Maintain accurate records of stock transfers and inventory transactions.
• Support general logistics and warehouse activities as assigned.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations.
• Experience handling stock in an ERP or similar system (preferred).
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with delivery documentation and invoicing is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Excel.
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or inventory coordination.
