About the role
The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating the movement of goods, shipments, deliveries, and inventory to ensure smooth and timely logistics operations. This position supports the oil & gas sector in Dubai and offers a full‑time, permanent role with a competitive monthly salary.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate daily deliveries, shipments, and transportation schedules to guarantee timely dispatch.
- Prepare shipping documents and maintain delivery records accurately.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, suppliers, customers, and warehouse teams.
- Track shipments and provide regular delivery updates to stakeholders.
Required profile
- Intermediate School education.
- No prior experience required – fresh graduate (junior level).
- Ability to interact with drivers, suppliers, customers and warehouse personnel.
