Logistics Coordinator – Dubai JAFZA

About the role

An industrial SME specializing in high‑pressure pump equipment based in Jebel Ali, Dubai, is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator. You will manage end‑to‑end logistics operations, inventory control, import/export documentation, and cross‑functional coordination. Candidates must already reside in Dubai and be immediately available.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments from order placement through final delivery.
• Prepare, review, and maintain shipping documentation such as Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Certificates of Origin.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and 3PL providers to ensure timely execution.
• Plan transportation routes and carrier schedules to optimise cost and delivery performance.
• Monitor shipment status, resolve transportation issues, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or a comparable ERP system.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock‑control processes.
• Experience handling freight and shipping documentation.
• Familiarity with Free Zone/bonded warehouse regulations, especially for JAFZA.
• Immediate availability and current residence in Dubai.
