Logistics Driver

About the role

The Logistics Driver will ensure timely and safe delivery of products to customers across Dubai while maintaining accurate paperwork and vehicle upkeep. You will coordinate loads, follow optimal routes, and act as the primary point of contact for customer feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and verify manifest paperwork using the company’s software before each trip.
• Transport deliveries safely, obtain signatures, and confirm load accuracy.
• Plan the most efficient routes to meet delivery schedules.
• Maintain records of routes and times in compliance with regulations.
• Inspect and service the truck, submitting repair requests as needed.
• Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, floor lifts, forklifts) for loading and unloading.
• Handle materials during loading/unloading to complete deliveries.
• Relay customer feedback, complaints, and return information to management.
• Report regularly to upper management and suggest process improvements.
• Uphold safety standards and monitor work practices.

Required profile

• Minimum high school diploma.
• Valid driver’s license with a clear driving record.
• At least one year of professional driving experience.
• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Ability to pass Level 1 and Level 2 background checks and drug screening.
• Physical and mental capacity to perform job duties.
