Logistics Network Planning Manager

About the role

We are looking for a strategic, data‑driven Logistics Network Planning Manager to lead the design and optimisation of JD.com’s end‑to‑end logistics network across the Middle East. In this senior‑level position you will own the macroscopic architecture of the supply chain, from warehouse site selection to sorting hub placement, transport routing and last‑mile station deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and own the regional network infrastructure, including warehouse modelling, hub localisation, transit scheduling and last‑mile node operations.
• Develop next‑generation network models and fulfilment strategies that support rapid business expansion and evolving e‑commerce trends in the Middle East.
• Audit the end‑to‑end fulfilment process to identify transit delays and cost leakage, and execute high‑impact optimisation plans.
• Establish regional execution rules, management standards and governance policies to ensure cross‑functional alignment during network roll‑outs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of specialised experience in Middle East logistics network or process planning, preferably within top‑tier e‑commerce or large 3PL organisations.
• Strong logical and analytical thinking with a proven track record of owning network design projects.
