Logistics Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Specialist to manage and optimise the flow of goods both domestically and internationally. The successful candidate will coordinate shipments, maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely delivery while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments, selecting appropriate carriers and routes.
• Monitor inventory levels and delivery schedules to guarantee on‑time fulfillment.
• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders and transport providers to arrange and track shipments.
• Prepare and maintain all required shipping documentation, including customs paperwork.
• Resolve delivery delays and logistics issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant local and international regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation functions.
• Strong organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using ERP or dedicated logistics systems.
