About the role

We are seeking a confident, customer‑focused Sales Assistant to join a prestigious men’s luxury fashion and accessories boutique located in Dubai Hills Mall. You will represent exclusive international luxury brands, delivering an exceptional shopping experience and supporting the store’s sales objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide a high‑standard luxury shopping experience.
• Assist clients in selecting fashion items and accessories that match their preferences.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Achieve individual sales targets and KPI objectives.
• Maintain attractive product displays and overall store presentation.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Represent the brand with confidence and professionalism at all times.

Required profile

• Fluent English (mandatory); additional languages are a plus.
• Previous experience in luxury or premium retail preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and sales ability.
• Presentable appearance with a professional attitude.
