M&A Associate – AI Training Contractor

About the role

We are partnering with a leading foundational AI lab to hire experienced M&A Associates who will help train a cutting‑edge language model on professional presentation and slide‑deck creation. This remote contract role offers flexible hours and immediate start.

Key responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI‑generated presentations and slide decks.
• Develop storylines, write executive summaries, and structure slides for logical flow.
• Design data‑driven exhibits and ensure client‑ready deck production.
• Collaborate with the AI team to improve model performance on slide‑craftsmanship tasks.

Required profile

• 3+ years of total M&A experience as an Associate at a top investment bank (e.g., Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, JPMorgan, Evercore, etc.).
• Deep expertise in structured communication, storylining, and slide craftsmanship.
• Expert‑level proficiency with PowerPoint and meticulous written communication skills.
