Maintenance Technician (Kitchen/Laundry Equipment)

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician specialized in kitchen and laundry equipment to join our outsourced service team in Dubai. The role involves installing, maintaining and repairing a range of commercial appliances while ensuring compliance with client standards and food safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Install and service mixing stations, programmable controllers, pumps, plumbing, fragrance dispensers, fly catchers and washroom equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance, warranty work and corrective repairs on cleaning and laundry machines.
• Log accurate service reports, parts usage and customer visit records using the Service Schedule System.
• Adhere to HACCP and client food‑safety standards at all sites.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and maintain company vehicles and service equipment.
• Coordinate with the sales team to meet client specifications and attend technical training as required.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Electrical/Mechanical trade licence or relevant certification.
• At least 3 years of field service experience with mechanical equipment.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lb regularly (up to 70 lb occasionally) and work on ladders or roofs.
• Valid UAE driver’s licence.
