About the role
The Welcome Ambassador (Bellman) greets guests on arrival and departure, creating a memorable first and last impression. Working as a Guest Arrival Expert, you will guide guests through their stay, share local highlights, and ensure smooth operational support.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests during arrival and departure, handling luggage and bell‑service duties.
- Provide information about the local area and hotel amenities.
- Process operational needs, address guest requests, and complete daily reports.
- Move throughout the property, standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods.
- Lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 lb unaided and up to 75 lb with assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Fluency in Russian, Spanish and/or Italian.
- No prior work experience required.
- Ability to work on feet for long periods and perform physical tasks.
- No supervisory experience or specific licenses required.
