Manager – Consulting Projects

About the role

We are looking for a Manager to lead the delivery of complex consulting projects and workstreams for political leaders and governments across the Middle East. The role involves structuring problems, guiding teams from analysis to action, and delivering practical recommendations that have real impact. You will also support the growth of our team members and help expand our capabilities in new geographies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex consulting projects, setting priorities, managing timelines and resources, and ensuring high‑quality outcomes.
• Structure complex problems, guide teams from analysis to action, and develop practical, well‑reasoned recommendations.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders, understand their context, and help them navigate difficult decisions.
• Lead and develop high‑performing project teams, providing direction, coaching and feedback while maintaining strong standards for quality and collaboration.
• Shape clear client communications, ensuring written outputs and presentations are logically structured and audience‑focused.
• Identify new business opportunities, support expansion into new geographies, and contribute to proposal development.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, advisory organisations or comparable environments.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills with the ability to structure complex questions and translate analysis into clear recommendations.
• Proven experience delivering complex projects, managing multiple workstreams while maintaining high quality.
• Excellent client and stakeholder management skills, able to build trusted relationships with senior decision‑makers.
• Proactive, hands‑on approach with the ability to work in ambiguous environments and move between strategic thinking and practical execution.
