Manager – Deal Advisory & Transaction Services (Financial Due Diligence)

About the role

The Manager will lead financial due diligence engagements for buy‑side and sell‑side transactions, primarily within the energy and natural resources sector. You will work closely with private equity, corporate and infrastructure investors to deliver insight that drives investment decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, scope and execute end‑to‑end financial due diligence, including data request management, analysis, reporting and client presentations.
• Analyse quality of earnings, normalized EBITDA, net debt, working capital and cash‑flow generation to assess transaction risks and valuation.
• Review management forecasts, business plans and financial models, evaluating assumptions, sensitivities and sector‑specific risks.
• Coordinate with valuation, tax, strategy, operational and ESG specialists to provide integrated transaction advice.
• Manage multiple engagements, leading teams, monitoring budgets and ensuring high‑quality deliverables.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related field.
• Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, CA, CFA or equivalent.
• Significant experience in financial due diligence, transaction services or corporate finance, with a focus on energy, natural resources or infrastructure.
