Manager, Financial Analysis (Sales Admin)

About the role

The Financial Analysis Manager (Sales Admin) will lead the design, review and analysis of processes that support both current and future business needs. You will work closely with senior management, sales, marketing, finance and external partners to ensure accurate reporting and optimal performance.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve departmental goals and deliver required performance levels.
• Manage sales deduction claims to keep assigned accounts free of overdue payments.
• Monitor and improve claim lead times.
• Conduct audits, identify issues, and propose pre‑emptive solutions.
• Produce timely, accurate operational reports for stakeholders.
• Implement process innovations in line with HQ guidelines.
• Strengthen relationships with customers and vendors through effective communication.
• Track and improve Sales Deduction KPIs to boost competitiveness.
• Reconcile promotions regularly to avoid expense omissions.
• Lead meetings and trainings to gather VOCs and address bottlenecks.
• Review team performance and drive efficiency improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience collaborating with senior management, sales, marketing, finance, customers and vendors.
• Background in claim verification and processing.
• Familiarity with sales and distribution, retail pricing and marketing activities.
• Team management experience.
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing operations, process improvement and analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years in a similar role.
• Managerial experience, preferably with a finance background.
• Experience in complex analytics projects.
