About the role
The Senior Internal Auditor will lead audit engagements across ADNOC Group, applying risk and control concepts to assess governance, risk management and internal controls.
Key responsibilities
- Perform audit engagements from planning through reporting, including risk assessments, development of audit programs and execution of audit procedures.
- Prepare audit reports, present findings to senior management and the Audit Committee, and follow up on corrective actions.
- Supervise junior auditors, ensure compliance with internal audit standards, and maintain working papers in the automated Audit Management System.
Required profile
- Demonstrated professional ethics and experience in corporate governance, enterprise risk management and internal audit standards.
- Ability to develop risk‑based audit plans, evaluate control effectiveness and communicate audit results to senior stakeholders.
Required skills
- Knowledge of information systems audit techniques and statistical sampling methods.
- Proficiency with automated audit management tools and preparation of audit documentation.
