Manager, Quality & Risk Management

About the role

The Manager, Quality & Risk Management is responsible for establishing and maintaining robust corporate risk, quality and change management frameworks. This role works across the organization to ensure policies are designed, implemented and continuously improved, supporting the achievement of strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, assess and monitor principal risks that could impact strategic and operational goals.
• Develop, support and enforce risk, quality and change management policies and procedures.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on key risks, mitigation actions and progress.
• Collaborate with internal risk teams and external stakeholders to align risk controls with regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the implementation of risk mitigation measures and ensure compliance with corporate governance standards.
• Prepare operational plans, budgets and project approvals related to risk and quality initiatives.

Required profile

• Significant experience in risk, quality or change management within a corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of operational, financial, safety, environmental and regulatory risk categories.
• Proven ability to communicate risk insights to senior management and influence decision‑making.
• Experience developing and managing departmental budgets and operational plans.
