Manager Sales-MRO Lead (Oil & Gas/Industrial Sector)

About the role

Our client, a leading provider of MRO and aftermarket solutions in the UAE, is looking for a Manager Sales‑MRO Lead to drive growth of valve and wellhead equipment services across the oil & gas and industrial sectors. The role focuses on expanding the upstream wellhead market while maintaining strong relationships in midstream and downstream applications.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and grow the MRO and aftermarket business with a focus on profitability.
• Develop new business opportunities for wellhead equipment and components, starting with upstream applications.
• Promote and sell valve product lines including ball, gate/globe/check (GGC) and butterfly valves.
• Generate service‑led revenue through valve repair, refurbishment, testing, modification and retrofit solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with end users, maintenance teams, shutdown engineers and asset owners to secure MRO contracts.
• Manage turnaround and shutdown (TA/SD) opportunities and on‑site service generation.
• Establish and lead a high‑performing MRO/service team as the business expands.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create customer‑focused solutions, commercial proposals and long‑term service strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in oil & gas valve MRO, aftermarket sales or service business development.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE market and established customer relationships.
• Proven track record of building profitable after‑market businesses.
• Experience with wellhead equipment and valve product lines.
