We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Healthcare Data and Analytics Manager to join our team and help drive our data‑driven initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the collection, storage, and analysis of healthcare data, ensuring integrity, accuracy, and security in compliance with regulations.
• Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures.
• Lead, mentor, and train a team of data analysts, engineers, and scientists.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement data‑driven strategies that improve clinical outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Create comprehensive reports and dashboards for diverse stakeholders and communicate insights effectively.
• Work closely with IT, clinical, and operational teams to understand data needs and provide solutions.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in healthcare analytics.
• Implement continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance analytics capabilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Health Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of data‑analytics experience, with at least 3 years in a healthcare setting.
• Proven experience managing and leading a data‑analytics team.
• Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) and relevant certifications are preferred.
• Experience with machine learning, predictive analytics, and emerging technologies.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements such as HIPAA.
• Willingness to travel as needed and work additional or irregular hours when required.
