Manager – Tax & Legal Services for Private Clients (Dubai)

About the role

PwC Middle East is seeking a Manager to join its International Private Wealth & Family Office team within the International Tax Services / Mergers & Acquisitions unit. The role will focus on delivering tax and legal advisory services to high‑net‑worth individuals and family offices across Central and Eastern Europe and the CIS, based in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑border tax and legal structuring engagements for private clients and family offices.
• Develop and implement wealth structuring solutions including trusts, foundations, limited partnerships and holding companies.
• Advise on family office setup, governance, succession planning and asset protection.
• Collaborate with partners, directors and multidisciplinary teams to ensure high‑quality deliverables.
• Support business development activities and contribute to thought leadership in the private wealth space.

Required profile

• Qualified professional with several years of experience in international tax, legal advisory or family office services.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑jurisdictional projects and client relationships.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
