Managing Consultant – Services Business Development

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Managing Consultant to lead Services Business Development in the UAE and Oman. You will act as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, driving demand for Mastercard’s data‑driven services and building lasting partnerships across financial institutions, fintechs, acquirers, and retailers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for Services within assigned accounts.
• Refine and present value propositions for Mastercard’s data, analytics, risk management, loyalty, and marketing services.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
• Coordinate with Demand Generation, Marketing, Solutions, and Product teams to align offerings with client needs.
• Collaborate with the Mastercard Account team to create joint account plans and drive revenue growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in consultative sales of data products, platforms, or analytic services.
• Strong achievement orientation, intellectual curiosity, and resilience.
• Excellent communication skills, able to simplify complex ideas for senior audiences.
• Ability to work autonomously while partnering effectively with cross‑functional teams.
