About the role
We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to support aerostructure assembly operations in Al‑Ain and drive continuous process improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Create and maintain manufacturing data, including bills of materials, routings, and work instructions, using Enovia PLM.
- Provide technical support for assembly processes such as drilling, fastening and riveting.
- Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to Lean and Kaizen initiatives.
- Coordinate tooling requirements and manage engineering change processes.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of OEM standards (Airbus, Boeing, Pilatus) and assembly/painting specifications.
- Willingness to travel to work with global customers and suppliers.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Enovia PLM.
- Experience using SAP.
- Knowledge of CATIA or DELMIA.
