Marketing and Communications Manager

About the role

Dr. Head is seeking a Marketing and Communications Manager to lead marketing across digital, social, content, public relations, brand communications, and events. This is a hands‑on role requiring strategic thinking, multi‑channel management, and direct involvement in execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Oversee SEO, paid advertising, and digital performance with agencies and specialists as needed.
• Manage social media strategy, content planning, and daily execution.
• Brief and coordinate copywriters, designers, photographers, agencies, and other creative partners.
• Write and edit social copy, website content, and campaign materials.
• Manage PR and media relations, including press releases, media pitches, and editorial opportunities.
• Plan and lead in‑store events, activations, and brand experiences.
• Track marketing performance, manage budgets, and use insights to improve results.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, brand or a similar role.
• Strong experience in digital marketing, social media, content and communications.
• Hands‑on understanding of SEO, paid media and marketing analytics.
• Experience with PR, media relations and events.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Russian and English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
• Proactive, organized and commercially minded approach.
