Marketing Communication Manager (UAE National)

About the role

The BMW Middle East Team is seeking a UAE‑national Marketing Communications Manager to plan and implement regional 360° marketing measures that strengthen the BMW brand across the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Develop the annual media plan in collaboration with the media agency and Marketing Manager.
• Steer regional campaigns, manage media budgets and ensure efficient spend.
• Review local marketing plans, create action plans and monitor execution.
• Produce creative briefs, timelines and media plans for ATL and digital communications in English and Arabic.
• Conduct research studies and lead the brand monitor study to generate actionable insights.
• Ensure compliance with BMW corporate identity across all digital and physical applications.
• Manage agency performance indicators and provide regular performance reports.
• Support importer Marketing Managers with media, communications and customer insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or related field.
• 6‑8 years of marketing experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong commercial background with proven ability to drive sales‑marketing initiatives.
• Demonstrated capability to lead external partners and motivate cross‑functional teams.
• High proficiency in English and Arabic.
