Marketing Lead – UAE (Fintech)

About the role

Osome, a fast‑growing Series B fintech, is looking for a Marketing Lead to drive its expansion across the United Arab Emirates. Based in Dubai, you will own the regional marketing function, from strategy to execution, and be responsible for the P&L.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the Go‑to‑Market strategy for UAE‑specific product features such as corporate tax filing and localized VAT tools.
• Design and run integrated demand‑generation campaigns across digital channels, influencer partnerships, and field events.
• Build automated founder journeys in HubSpot to nurture leads through the business‑setup and financial‑management lifecycle.
• Manage regional marketing budget, optimise CAC, and track LTV metrics.
• Establish strategic partnerships with financial institutions, hubs and free‑zone authorities.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of experience in field or partner marketing within SaaS or technology companies.
• Deep knowledge of UAE free‑zone and mainland market dynamics.
• Data‑driven mindset with a bias for action in fast‑paced environments.
