Marketing Manager - Real Estate Development

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager with a strong background in real‑estate development to lead strategic marketing initiatives for residential and commercial projects. The role involves creating and executing campaigns that build awareness, generate qualified leads, and support sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement end‑to‑end marketing strategies for property launches, from pre‑launch to project completion.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and customer segmentation to identify opportunities.
• Plan and execute launch events, investor presentations, roadshows and promotional activities.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns across search, social media, display, email and property portals.
• Oversee content creation for websites, social media, brochures, videos and other marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with sales, design and development teams to produce sales enablement tools such as presentations, fact sheets and investor materials.
• Monitor campaign performance, website analytics and conversion metrics to optimise ROI.
• Maintain and automate CRM processes, nurture leads and track lead quality.
• Control budgets, timelines and quality for all marketing initiatives and negotiate contracts with external agencies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Real Estate or a related field.
• 5–10+ years of marketing experience with significant exposure to real‑estate development, preferably in the Dubai market.
• Proven track record of launching residential or commercial projects and driving lead generation.
