Marketing Manager – Real Estate Development

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to lead the marketing vision of Zimaya Development. The role will drive brand positioning, project launches, lead generation and sales enablement across all channels, ensuring a strong market presence and measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy in line with business and sales objectives.
• Lead, manage and mentor the in‑house marketing team and external agencies.
• Align marketing initiatives with senior leadership, sales and project timelines.
• Own and enhance Zimaya Development’s brand identity across digital, print and on‑ground touchpoints.
• Plan and execute end‑to‑end marketing for project launches, including teasers, events and collateral.
• Oversee performance marketing on Google, Meta, LinkedIn and property portals, driving lead generation and conversion optimisation.
• Lead content strategy, creative direction and media production for premium marketing assets.
• Prepare and manage the annual marketing budget, negotiate contracts and track spend against ROI.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis and provide insights for go‑to‑market strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategic marketing, preferably within real‑estate or property development.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor marketing teams and manage external agencies.
• Strong collaboration skills with senior leadership, sales and project teams.
• Excellent brand management and corporate communications experience.
• Track record of delivering successful project launch campaigns.
