Marketing & Sales Executive

About the role

TradesApp, a Dubai‑based trading and distribution company, is looking for a proactive Marketing & Sales Executive. You will help shape and execute marketing strategies while driving new business and expanding our client base across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and sales plans to meet company targets.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking and lead generation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct market analysis to spot trends, competitor activity and growth areas.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals and quotations.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximise profitability.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs and conferences.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing, sales or business development, preferably in trading or distribution.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is desirable.
• Fluent English; Arabic knowledge is a plus.
