About the role

An international hospitality and lifestyle brand is seeking a Marketing & Social Media Executive to lead its digital strategy in Dubai. The role combines content creation, social media management, influencer collaborations, and event support to boost brand visibility and drive venue activations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage organic social media channels, create visual content, write captions, and schedule posts across major platforms.
• Plan and execute multi‑channel marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
• Identify, negotiate, and coordinate influencer partnerships and media outreach.
• Support marketing events, pop‑up activations, and new store opening campaigns.
• Monitor analytics, track engagement metrics, and refine strategies to increase brand awareness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing concepts and visual assets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• Passion for digital marketing within the hospitality or lifestyle sector.
• Proven experience in content creation, social media management, and influencer outreach.
• Mid‑level professional with relevant experience in similar roles.
