Math Teacher – Middle School

About the role

GEMS Education is seeking a dedicated Math Teacher to join its middle‑school team in Dubai. You will be responsible for delivering a high‑quality mathematics curriculum, fostering a love of learning, and supporting the academic progress of diverse learners.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging mathematics lessons aligned with the school curriculum.
• Create and adapt teaching materials to accommodate different learning styles and abilities, including ESL, gifted, and low‑achievement students.
• Assess, record and report student progress, providing constructive feedback and tailored support.
• Maintain accurate records of lesson plans, attendance, assessments and resources.
• Utilise classroom technology and digital platforms to enhance instruction.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school committees.
• Contribute to co‑curricular and extra‑curricular activities and assist in organising school events.
• Communicate regularly with parents, promoting the school’s values and keeping them informed of student progress.

Required profile
